Challenge
Mechanic Bazar sells heavy equipment parts and accessories for excavators, bulldozers and cranes. The business had outgrown its original PHP build: adding marketplace features was slow, and there was no clean way to bring third-party resellers onto the catalogue or to push product listings to eBay.
Solution
Dcrayons rebuilt the platform on .NET and PostgreSQL, then added an eBay one-click reseller capability. A reseller signs up, connects an account, pays a monthly subscription, and selects which Mechanic Bazar products to sell. From the backend the system creates and keeps those listings in sync on eBay through the eBay API, so a reseller goes live on eBay in a few clicks instead of listing each item by hand. The Dcrayons team also ran the website development and the marketing that brought in demand, and supports the day-to-day sales operation.
Results
Sales grew by 80 percent compared with the previous infrastructure. Resellers can now list Mechanic Bazar products on eBay in a few clicks, with the Dcrayons team supporting the operation. See the live platform and client feedback at https://mechanicbazaar.com/.
