10 questions about the Dcrayons AUDIT, answered

These are the questions requesters actually raise on the DM threads. The list refreshes monthly on the 1st from the previous cohort report; a new question enters the live 10 only after 3 separate requesters raise it.

A 1-page review of one page from your site, run through our v1.3 prompt, a senior editor, and the CMO. Delivered as a PDF within 48 hours. Free. No sales call is required as a condition of delivery. The AUDIT is the public proof of our editorial discipline.

Comment AUDIT on any Dcrayons LinkedIn campaign post and submit the form Maya DMs you. Your company sector should be D2C, B2B SaaS, Services, Marketplace, or E-commerce. There is no qualifying budget bar; we will read any page that meets the sector list. India and global founders are welcome on the same intake form.

One page only. The audit returns a 1-line verdict, 3 specific findings, 1 strength, and 1 next-step recommendation. Findings cover banned words, missing source tags, and voice issues. You get a PDF plus a plaintext fallback in the DM. Each finding ships with a source receipt and a line quote from your page.

48 hours from form submission, or the audit is marked Day-3+ with a reason posted on the DM thread. The cap is 50 audits per week. If we hit the cap, you join next Monday's waitlist with a confirmed delivery date.

Yes. Reply on the DM thread with your defence. Aanya replies within 24 hours. If your defence holds, the AUDIT updates within 48 hours with a v2 PDF. If we still disagree, the original audit and your reply both stand on the record. Honest disagreement is welcome.

No. The AUDIT is the receipt for our editorial discipline. If you want to talk retainer, you opt into a CMO call after the audit closes. Otherwise the audit closes the loop with no follow-up. A small share of requesters opt into CMO calls; the rest stay on the T+30 re-review track.

Yes, in our internal log for 90 days, then archived to aggregate patterns only. Your email is used for the audit and 1 follow-up at T+30 for the re-review opt-in. No third-party sharing of your URL or email at any point. Deletion requests are honoured on email reply within 7 days.

We audit English only, per our voice rules. We refund your slot to the waitlist and offer 1 partner recommendation for your language. We know our limit on non-English pages and prefer to say so up front rather than ship a weak audit.

One URL per request. Send the second URL via the next-week waitlist after the first AUDIT closes. We do not bulk-audit; the discipline depends on per-page focus from prompt, editor, and CMO on one page at a time. Bulk audits sit under the paid retainer track.

Paid audits typically run 5 to 15 pages, take 7 to 14 days, deliver 30 or more recommendations, and cost Rs 50,000 to Rs 3 lakh. We do 1 page, 1 verdict, a 1-page deliverable, in 48 hours, free. It is a single-page editorial check, not a substitute for a site-wide diagnostic when you need that depth.

Scope, stated plainly

What the audit does NOT do

  • xDoes NOT audit your entire site.
  • xDoes NOT audit your campaign performance metrics.
  • xDoes NOT include keyword research or competitor analysis.
  • xDoes NOT include technical SEO (page speed, schema markup).
  • xDoes NOT include design or UX review.

If you need site-wide depth, that sits under the paid retainer track. The free AUDIT stays a single-page editorial check on purpose.

Behind the scenes

How an audit moves through the pipeline

Five steps, each with a named owner and a time budget. Each audit carries a unique ID that traces back through the log.

  1. 1

    Form arrives

You comment AUDIT on the campaign post and submit the intake form Maya DMs you.

  2. 2

    Slot is routed

Maya routes your slot into the weekly queue of 50 and confirms your delivery window on the thread.

  3. 3

    90-minute review

Aanya runs your page through the v1.3 prompt and writes the verdict, findings, and strength by hand.

  4. 4

    Editor pass

Meera runs a 30-minute editor pass on the draft, then the 1-page PDF is assembled.

  5. 5

    PDF in your DMs

The reply ships on your DM thread with the PDF attached and a plaintext fallback in the message body.

A 5-failure-mode filter also catches weak language that is not on the published ban list: hype softeners, vague proof, padded modifiers, AI tells, and tired metaphors. The full methodology, the ban list, and the v1.3 prompt live at /forbidden-words. Every number we cite anywhere is sourced at /numbers.

After the audit

4 things you can do once the PDF lands

  1. 01

Apply the findings, then email Aanya a v2 link for a free re-review.

  2. 02

Argue with the findings on the DM thread within 7 days of delivery.

  3. 03

Request a CMO call for a retainer discussion, at your own initiation.

  4. 04

Share the AUDIT publicly. We do not require attribution; it is appreciated.
