Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and enhance our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing website operations, optimizing digital marketing strategies, and driving revenue growth through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer experience.
  • Manage the company’s website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.), ensuring smooth functionality and user engagement.
  • Oversee SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze key performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, AOV, and ROI) and implement improvements.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize revenue.
  • Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement A/B testing, UX improvements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
