Role Description:We’re looking for a skilled Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising our sales strategy across various channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, including SEO, PPC, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of increasing sales and enhancing product visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Skills

  1. Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager in sales
  2.  Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices and software.
  3.  Excellent communication skills, Problem-solving attitude, and, Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
  4.  Experience in handling the GeM portal (preferred)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or MBA in Sales & Marketing
  •  2+ years’ of sales experience
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
