Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Ads Manager to lead and execute paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategy, implementation, optimization, and performance analysis of paid campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage paid advertising strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to maximize conversions.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while minimizing ad spend.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising technologies.
  • Generate reports and insights on campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in managing paid ad campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
  • Expertise in budget management, bid strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
