Challenge

GRYT Health Labs, a direct-to-consumer supplements brand selling Ashwagandha, Omega-3, Creatine, Pre-Workout and protein, needed a storefront that did more than list products. The brief was a custom, conversion-first shop - not a templated theme - that loaded fast, explained each supplement clearly and honestly, handled Indian payments end to end with Razorpay and Cash on Delivery, and had room to grow into a wider catalogue.

Solution

Dcrayons designed and built GRYT Health Labs a custom e-commerce storefront on Laravel - not a templated theme - so every part of the buying journey could be tuned for conversion and trust. For a supplements brand, clear and honest product information is what earns the sale, so the build puts that front and centre.

What we built

  • Product-first catalogue with discount badges, the sale price against the MRP, and a single clear add-to-cart on every card.
  • Slide-out sidebar cart so shoppers add and review items without leaving the page, with a free-shipping nudge at the Rs 499 threshold.
  • Fast, one-click checkout - Buy Now alongside Add to Cart, Razorpay for cards, UPI and netbanking, and Cash on Delivery as a parallel option.
  • Checkout add-ons - a single order-bump at checkout to lift average order value without slowing the purchase.
  • A-plus product pages - Amazon-style rich content: supplement facts, per-serving actives (such as Omega-3 2000mg with its EPA and DHA split), benefit tiles, how-to-use, and an FAQ that answers the questions a first-time supplement buyer actually asks.
  • SEO and local content - unique titles and descriptions, Product, FAQ and Organization schema, and a content structure built to be found in search and AI answer engines.
  • Trust and support - wishlist, order tracking, WhatsApp chat, COD, 7-day returns and 24-hour dispatch messaging carried across the site.

The storefront runs on a lime-green and black brand system that keeps the white supplement photography in focus, and it is structured so GRYT can keep adding SKUs without a rebuild.

Results

The launched site reads as a focused, conversion-first shop rather than a catalogue dump. Because it is a custom Laravel build, the cart, checkout and product pages could each be tuned for the supplement buyer - a short add-to-cart path, a quick Buy Now option, and product pages that answer real questions. Payments are complete from day one with Razorpay and COD, the A-plus content gives every product room to sell, and the structure leaves GRYT free to scale its catalogue without a rebuild.
