The brief called for clear merchandising of hundreds of SKUs across collections, with pricing and sale visibility on both desktop and mobile.

Pages load quickly on mobile and the catalog reached a strong Lighthouse performance score, while the streamlined browse-to-cart path moved the add-to-cart rate up in early testing. Bounce rate on category pages dropped after the redesign.
